致阳光学院全体留学生的慰问信
A letter to All International Students of Yango University
各位留学生同学：
Dear International Students，
自3月28日起中国政府暂停外国人持目前有效来华签证和居留许可入境，阳光学院对外合作处在此温馨提示大家，这是中国为应对当前疫情，参考多国做法，不得已采取的临时性措施。一旦疫情得到控制，学校会根据教育部规定妥善安排大家返校。
According to the official notice issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, China has decided to temporarily suspend the entry of foreign nationals holding visas or residence permits that are still valid to the time of this announcement (
effective from March 28,2020) into China. The Office of cooperation and Exchange would like to clarify that, this suspension is a temporary measure that China has decided to take after referencing the practices and management strategies of other countries. Once the situation is under control, the school will most definitely arrange for everyone to return to the university in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education.
请同学们理解并配合学校的疫情防控工作，每天向联络老师上报身体状况。同时请严格遵守所在地的防疫规定，避免不必要的出行，减少交叉感染的风险。在中国境外的同学，尽量避免国际流动；在中国境内的同学，尽量避免城市间流动和聚集。如计划离开目前居住地前往其他国家或城市，务必提前告知联络老师。
We hope you understand the necessary measures taken and please continue to complete the daily report required by the University on time. Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated. At the same time, please abide strictly by the local epidemic prevention regulations to avoid unnecessary travel and reduce the risk of cross infection. Students outside of China should try to avoid international travels; students currently staying in China should try to avoid inter-city movement and gatherings. If you plan to leave your current place of residence and travel to another country or city, please be sure to inform the teacher you are assigned to report to，and well in advance.
请大家做好在线学习并参加学院组织的各项活动，按照各学院的安排，保持好和老师的紧密联系，积极参加网络课程学习。毕业班的同学按照各学院的安排做好毕业设计和毕业论文工作。
Please attend the online courses and participate in the various activities organized by the school
. Keep in close contact with teachers and actively participate in online courses according to the arrangements made by the departments. Students of the graduating cohort should work on their respective graduation design and graduation thesis in accordance with the arrangements of the
departments.
希望同学们在疫情期间继续做好安全防护，保护好自己及家人的健康，在外期间遇到困难及时与联络老师沟通，我们会尽可能地帮助大家。
